Here is my running show featuring The Mountain Runners author Todd Warger. We talk about the release of the book, history, runners and how our area was affected. This my last show about the running scene. It's been a great run of around 20 years and I thank all the guests that have come in. I also thank my family for putting up with my early morning runs, vacation runs and hearing me talk about shoes, running equipment and my passion.
