He holds a Master's degree in Exercise Physiology from Humboldt State University and currently coaches high school cross-country while leading On The Run Endurance, where he works with adult runners and endurance athletes. After nearly two decades in Sacramento building a career in the running industry, Dusty and his family made the intentional decision to return to Redding, California, drawn by the outdoor lifestyle, strong sense of community, and the opportunity to invest in the next generation of athletes.
