This is super common within the neurodivergent community. But lets talk about it. In this episode, we discuss the common challenges faced in planning, particularly for individuals with ADHD or similar conditions. We talk about issue of losing motivation and dopamine after initial enthusiasm fades. And I share some of my own practical strategies for effective planning, including breaking tasks into smaller pieces, utilising templates, and seeking external help. Above all though, we note the the importance of working with your natural rhythms and finding support to maintain momentum in planning efforts.
