Running Over the 1st Amendment

from Red State Radio Podcasts

We are joined by Michelle Tilley, the manager of the No on SQ816 petition campaign in Oklahoma. Oklahoma legislators recently passed HB 1674, an anti-1st Amendment law that makes it a crime to peacefully protest in the streets, allowing drivers to run over protesters with NO liability. It also fines organizations who “conspire” with protesters. We discuss why SQ816 should be on the ballot in Oklahoma, as well as the future of party politics in Oklahoma.
