I wasn't going to use words like "lockdown" etc to describe what I've been up to over the last few months... so I won't. Anyway - I've been running! And here's a little podcast where I've taken extracted the video I publish on social media, exported it into the imovie app on my iphone, added a music sound track, saved the new video, extracted the audio from the video (using a free app called MyMp3), exported it into Anchor..... so here we are 👍😀.... enjoy!
