Runway Ready: Prepare Your Life for Acceleration and Elevation

from Take Flight & Thrive · host Linette Harris

In this episode, we’re diving into a powerful metaphor, the runway…such a sacred and transformative & fascinating place! Just like an airplane needs a carefully designed runway to take off, we need strong foundations in life, built through healing, alignment, and preparation to elevate to the next level. We explore the runway as a powerful metaphor for life’s pivotal moments of restoration and new beginnings. A runway is uniquely and strategically designed to bear immense weight, withstand pressure, and resist environmental wear, all while enabling the incredible act of flight. Similarly, in life, our healing and resilience create a foundation that can handle the challenges and opportunities ahead. We’ll also dive into the role of resistance in our lives, often misunderstood as an obstacle but, in God’s plan, a catalyst for elevation. Just as airplanes take off against the wind to gain lift, we, too, can leverage the resistance we face to ascend to new heights. Grounded in Romans 8:28, this episode reminds us that God works all things together for our good, even the challenges that seem to push against us.
