Rupert is Founder & CEO of Building Passport - a technology company focussed on creating a safer built environment. We help building owners and their representatives collect and maintain up-to-date and accurate building information in line with existing and upcoming legislation. By sharing otherwise elusive building information with emergency services; better incident prevention measures can be taken and response to incidents can be better informed.

Prior to setting up Building Passport, Rupert set up and ran Avison Young's award winning startup accelerator programme - the aim of which was to inject creativity into the real estate industry in order to facilitate positive and innovative change.

He is also Co-Founder and Director of PropSki Limited (PropSki.co.uk) - a networking events company aiming to bridge the gap between creatives, professionals and innovators in the property industry through inclusive sporting activities.
