Russ is actually a serial entrepreneur with a background in sales and marketing. After spending almost a decade in sales and marketing within the electronics and hardware space, first at Hamilton Hallmark, and then at Avnet, Inc., Russ started his entrepreneurial journey around 2000. Russ’s first entrepreneurial experience was buying into and growing a full-service marketing firm, which he eventually sold. In parallel, Russ launched a strategic and marketing consultancy. And then in 2013, with the help of immigration lawyers and technology experts, Russ co-founded CitizenPath to help aspiring immigrants with their immigration forms.
