Russia says it has 'immunity' to US sanctions as Kyiv hit by large-scale attack

Russia has attacked the Ukrainian capital of Kyiv, ignoring demands by United States President Donald Trump to agree to a ceasefire. The drone and missile assault is the latest in a wave of Russian attacks on Ukraine as their forces make advances in the east of the country.
