from African Dialogue · host Channel Africa

Russia's government has resigned, hours after President Vladimir Putin proposed sweeping constitutional changes that could prolong his stay in power. Meanwhile yesterday Putin approved a new government he described as a break with the past, bringing in some fresh faces but retaining many senior ministers.1. Sanusha Naidoo Political analyst 2.
