Progressive/Melodic house DjHi I'm Mark and I have been enjoying electronic dance music since 1995 when aged 17 I visited Cream in Liverpool for the first time. But I think my earliest memories of it came listening to Key103 radio based in Manchester, and aged 16 hitting the dancefloors of Wigan and Southport.In 1996 I visited Ibiza for the first time and also that summer purchased my first set of decks. These were Soundlab DLP belt drive turntables. The following summer in 1997 after returning from another holiday to Ibiza I made the jump to Technics 1210 MKII with a Numark mixer. I spent all my spare time in record shops or on the phone to record shops trying to get hold of the next big Dj promo and white label. Every penny I had went on records.In 2008 I finally made the switch to digital and let my Technics go to a new home. Vinyl is still my favourite way to DJ.
