The LA OG food critic, author, and lover of Yucca's bean and cheese burrito jumps on a Zoom call with Jordan to discuss LA's past and present, food media vs. food journalism, the power of anonymity in criticism, and the upcoming LA Chef Conference both Ruth and Jordan will be appearing at later this month.
