Today Ryan called in to share his story and experience with living with fear. Fear is something that Ryan says that he has always experienced and continues to experience but he has learned techniques to manage and work through his fear. At the age of 4 years old, Ryan went into the hospital to undergo cancer treatment. His optic nerves made him lose his eyesight and from then on Ryan was forced to navigate the world blind. He recounts how his family was not equip to know how to handle a blind child and he felt isolated and on his own to figure out how to get through life from that point. Ryan talks about how important breath work is, circular breathing, education and restructuring education for a better learning environment for all, the importance of community and relationships and a lot more. Ryan is gearing up to start his own podcast soon so you can look forward to hearing from him soon.
