Ryan Graves, the Vandenberg UFO and the UAP Hearings

In July 2023, during a congressional hearing on UAPs (Unidentified Aerial Phenomena), a former U.S. Navy pilot named Ryan Graves testified that he had received reports of a startling incident at Vandenberg in 2003.
