Ryan Narus of The Archimedes Group

Ryan Narus is a millennial entrepreneur who graduated from Wake Forest University in 2009 with a degree in Psychology and Statistics. He worked sales for a little while but gained some invaluable lessons that led to him writing a book. He returned to Wake Forest to attain his MBA and started working at a big bank only to be unfulfilled and stuck. He quit that job. Flash forward 4 years and he's a part of 10 mobile home park acquisitions spanning ~1,245 pads. He now has several employees, the freedom to work his own hours, and actually makes more working for himself than he ever did in corporate America. In our convo, Ryan talks about the 1% rule and how you have to set yourself apart from everyone else if you want to succeed. He gives very candid advice to aspiring and new entrepreneurs.
