Ryan has been immersed in a wide variety of musical genres all of his life and his approach to writing reflects that diversity. While reggae might be the foundation of a lot of Luma Knotty's music, it's usually served up with a healthy helping of funk, rock, blues, hip-hop, rap, and soul. And folks who have experienced Luma Knotty live know it's next to impossible to keep your feet still.
