Ryan Quirk - An 18 Year Old’s Guide to Self Mastery

from Tell Me Your Story · host Richard Dugan

Much of my early childhood and teen years, I lived with much struggle. rarely found joy in my own life. My challenges did not break me however, rather they lead me back to my true self, my passion, and my purpose along my path of Self Mastery. I recognized early on that if I wanted my life to change, I had to change. Since that realization, I embarked on that very path, mastering the pillars of what makes an extraordinary life. I can now safely say I am living a life filled with joy, and I know now that it is because of what I uncovered within. My sole intention now is to help you find that joy for yourself, and spread your own light to the world. In this unique and transformative book, author Ryan Quirk sheds new light on how anyone can find previously unknown dimensions of joy and success in their lives. An 18 Year Old’s Guide to Self Mastery begins to take the reader on a journey. A journey out of pain and into passion, out of complacency and into success, and most importantly, out of fear and into love. As you embark on your own quest of self mastery, these words will guide you into mastery over your mind, your emotions, your body, and finally mastery over your life. In a project that took almost a year and a half, Ryan and his team are proud to say that this book has the capability of changing lives. Many of the principles behind Ryan’s therapeutic services are contained in this guide.
