Ryan Smith MP was first elected Member of Parliament for Warrandyte District in 2006. Before entering Parliament, his career spanned 18 years in the financial markets working for a number of Australia’s leading institutions including the Commonwealth Bank, National Australia Bank, BP Finance and Pacific Dunlop. Ryan represents the suburbs of Park Orchards, Warrandyte, North Warrandyte, South Warrandyte, Warranwood, Donvale, East Doncaster, Wonga Park and parts of Ringwood North. In addition to serving as Victoria’s Minister for the Environment and Minister for Youth Affairs during the Baillieu/Napthine governments, Ryan has held Shadow Ministerial roles covering Industrial Relations, Roads and Industry.
