The Marinade with Jason Earle, a free-flowing conversation about the creative process, welcomes Ryan Sollee. Ryan is the principal singer and songwriter for The Builders and the Butchers. The Builders and the Butchers came into my life at a very formative time with their debut self-titled record in 2007. I was in my 20s, trying to figure out what adult me would look like- a little angsty, disillusioned yet hopeful, and curious about the world. Ryan Sollee's tunes seemed to capture what I was feeling.  All these years later, The Builders and the Butchers have a wonderful new record of foot-stomping anthems called Hell & High Water, which was released on May 6th, 2022.
