Ryan Stackhouse - Investing With A Heart

This episode of the podcast is with Ryan Stackhouse. Ryan is a commercial real estate investor that has a huge heart and is very passionate about making his community a better place. His story is really amazing and his overall approach to what is typically a very cutthroat industry to have a very open, "win-win-win" approach to all of the deals he puts together. From the portfolio he has been able to acquire and manage Ryan is able to travel the country and world with his wife and two boys! They have a 5th wheel trailer that they travel pretty much anywhere in the country. Ryan is also very passionate about doing community outreach and doing what he can do to improve his immediate circle and surroundings. He works with some really amazing nonprofits and organizations that are making a positive impact here locally and on an international level! He has some really great insight on the typical STP topics! This is one really hits home for the host of the STP Podcast Trent Denson as he is aiming to use real estate as a vehicle to build the mission of Spread The Positive. The overlaps of what both of these guys are doing and what they are working towards are really similar. It was really amazing connecting with Ryan and look forward to future collaborations.
