Rye Lane | A Recent Romcom You May Have Missed

Happy Friday and welcome back to another episode of Call Me When They Kiss! Today we are reviewing a more recent romcom, but not a brand new release. Rye Lane (starring David Jonsson, the new Black Panther) came out in 2023, and is available to watch on Hulu/Disney+.This movie is similar to Before Sunrise in the sense that it is mostly walking and talking, but it is definitely more of a comedy. Yas and Dom meet through mutual friends after both going through rough breakups.
