Ryne Meadow

from Porch Talk · host Alan Aldridge

Alan burnt the phone lines to catch up with Ryne Meadow, singer/songwriter from Athens, GA. Ryne shared that it was later in life, being influenced by Indie artists and choir, when he found his passion for music. In his early 20's, Ryne pursued making his first album, but his go-getter attitude was matched by naivety of what it was going to take to make it. Ryne made his first album by coming back to Georgia ever so often from New York to get in a studio to make it happen. Ryne and Al discuss the hindsight of the endeavor, and how Ryne made his 2nd album the way he needed to. They spend some time discussing the good, the bad, and the ugly of social media during this time of quarantine, what artists shouldn't be covered, and favorite albums over the years.Advertising Inquiries: https://redcircle.com/brandsPrivacy & Opt-Out: https://redcircle.com/privacy
