When you start the game of failures at a young age, it begins many life lessons you will use both on and off the field. Bellevue West T-Birds and Future University of Nebraska Omaha 2-Way Baseball Player Nick Riggs has many little league adventures with a few coaches. Still, the one that stayed consistent was his father, Coach Bobby Riggs, who showed him that the extra work before and after when no one else was watching would help make him the Player you are today. The journey sometimes ends in a full circle as one of Nick's first specialized coaches turns out to be his future High School Coach, Coach Shockey, who helps prepare him for the next step in life: his future as a 2-way player for the local D-1 university.
