Show Notes: -After you finish your tea, try this simple version of Olivia's favourite cocktail, a Mango Mojito. Add 10 mint leaves to the juice of 1/2 a lime. Gently muddle to bruise the leaves. Add ice to the glass then add 1/2 cup of mango nectar and 3 oz of white rum. Top with club soda. Garnish with a lime slice and more mint leaves. Enjoy!
