What's up family! In this week's S.O.L.O. Segment we Speak Out Loud Over the benefit of being selfish and selfless as a father, father-figure, or as someone who fills the fatherhood role. What does that look like for you? Simply put, it means that we need to do our best as FATHERS and FATHER FIGURES to put ourselves first. Applying focus to our mental health and making an effort to do those things that foster positive emotions in us should be a priority at the beginning of every new day. WHY THOUGH? We NEED to do this in order to give our BEST selves over to our children, our wives/significant others, our families, friends, and etc. Make sure your light shines first so that you can spread and share that light with others, especially the ones you love.
