Andreia este o mamă corporatistă, care nu se teme de schimbări. Ultima schimbare majoră din viața ei a fost să se mute în Anglia. Vorbim despre mutarea în altă țară și impactul asupra ei și asupra familiei. Cum e să pleci în business trip cu soțul și copilul după tine, pentru că nu se poate altfel. Cum e cultura de lucru în Anglia și la cât pleacă oamenii de la birou acolo. De asemenea, vorbim și despre ce înseamnă o societate bazată pe feedback constant și cum e să descoperi diferențe culturale la care nu te-ai gândit înainte să pleci într-o altă țară. Dar nu este numai despre mutarea din România. Te poți muta și la tine în oraș. Soluția să scapi de coșmarul traficului: mută-te mai aproape de birou! "Cum?! Să las eu căsuța la care plătesc rate 30 de ani și în care am investit atât și material și emoțional? Merită?" Andreia consideră că da și povestește din propria experiență. Aflăm ce a câștigat ea făcând acest lucru de mai multe ori.

The move towards more renewables in our energy systems complicates matters even further, requiring the development of an integrated power grid and continuous and steady transformation of the UK power system. Network flows must be managed reliably under uncertain demands, uncertain supply, emerging network technologies and possible failures and, further, prices in related markets can be highly volatile. Mathematicians working with engineers and economists, can make significant contributions to address such issues, by helping to develop fit-for-purpose models for next generation energy systems. These interdisciplinary approaches are looking to address a range of associated problems, including modelling, prediction, simulation, control, market and mechanism design and optimisation.
