Michigan’s Secretary Of State, Jocelyn Benson, is responsible for insuring the integrity of her state’s Qualified Voter List of eligible voters. A federal lawsuit was filed alleging that list contains over 25k dead “voters” and she is named directly in the suit. Benson continues to fight that suit and keep those names on the list. Why?
