This week on the podcast we have an incredibly engaging conversation with the exceptional person that is Carly Earl.  As the Picture Editor for The Guardian Australia, Carly works with the best photojournalists in the country. She is an award-winning photojournalist herself who has been working in the media for over twelve years. Carly's photography has accompanied some of The Guardian's biggest stories.
