You never know how people are going to react in times that are dramatic or shocking. Media and Movies show us expectations that seem legitimate, however, reality can be a bit different. When dramatic things happen, people don’t react the way you might think. At the moment or after they have a chance to process what happened. It's OK. And, it is important to let someone (including yourself) deal with things in a way that makes sense to them at that moment.
