S02E09 FIE Proposed Rule Changes Review

In episode nine of the second season of Chaos on the Strip we go over some of the proposed rule changes for this season. Of the 35 proposed changes to the rules, most are technical or language changes that won't actually have an impact on the community but there are about 10 that I feel would have a pretty significant impact if passed so we discuss those proposed changes and their implications here.
