Another episode rebelling against the popular ‘always keep it positive’ cultural faults narrative. One that suggests we can ignore the suffering of life, sufferings like the loss of a loved one. What does it look like it actually grieve the loss of a loved one without minimizing or stuffing our hurt in the presence of those feelings? And sometimes, like in Chuck’s story, experiencing a bumpy ride on the airplane isn’t the only turbulence you may feel in the presence of other grieving family members.
