Tracey is currently Director of People Experience at Sky UK. Sky is Europe’s largest entertainment company with 22 million customers in 5 countries. Her experience in learning, leadership and talent spans more than 15 years. Tracey has worked across multiple industries including media and telecommunications, mining, transport and logistics, employment services, and recruitment, in both Australia and the UK. Her work has taken her to the Arctic circle and 150m below ground looking for diamonds.
