Disco F*cks! You've probably heard the phrase "disco sucks!" thrown around when people start talking about disco or macho rock culture from the 70's. Disco is rooted in black and latinx culture and music, and was huge in gay nightclubs, so, the hatred of disco was wrapped up in racism and homophobia. This hour, I wanted to offer a shout out to disco new and old! Cause Disco F*cks! Millennial Line! Millennial Line is a comedy and poetry event that takes place at Red Gate Art's Society on the third Thursday of every month!
