Tommy Highway was born near Dayton Ohio which is home to Wright Patterson Air Force Base. The base is the rumoured storage area for the Roswell crash and bodies, as well as wreckage from other crash sites. Rumours were abound growing up in that area and soon he was hooked on the subject.In the 1990's, Tommy had two experiences with exotic technology that for him at least, answered the question of whether or not we are alone in the universe. Being a government employee meant having to keep his secret for years out of fear of ridicule or loss of career.
