Hi friends welcome to Season 13 episode 14 - my 45th birthday special.If I am honest there has been a few times in my life where I didn't think I'd make it this far and these days every passing year is met with happiness rather than a feeling of sadness that I'm a year older. Embrace your spins round the sun and think of your friends or family who didn't make it as far as you have! What better way to spend a Tuesday birthday night than in the nest with friends. The theme for this session was simply tunes that make me feel good.
