So the cat's out of the bag!! the podcast crew have put down some barrels a couple of years back and this is the first of a series of episodes where we go through the barrels and make a plan on what to do with them.This Barrel is at Backwoods Distilling Co, and naturally we have Leigh Attwood from Backwoods with us on the panel. We also have John Carberry from Murray River Cooperage as he re-coopered the Barrels for us.And then because we have casks with Corowa as well we are also joined by Dean Druce.We are super excited about this whisky and keen to share it with you all.If you get a chance we hope you can sit and listen with a dram in a comfortable chair, but of course you can listen almost anywhere, wherever you listen we trust you will enjoy the Banter over Whisky.
