Vic has his ear to the ground, or maybe his lips to the whisky, and through a whisky event was introduced to Thomson whisky out of Auckland. This was through Jimmy Shore from The Whisky List so Jimmy has come on the podcast to introduce us to Mat Thomson founder and distiller of these amazing liquid. Mat takes us through the back story and what a journey it has been for him and his wife Rach.
