Interviewer: Dan Hickford Guest: Vivien Reid Vivien Reid Vivien Reid is an award-winning Scottish actor and writer. She was born in Edinburgh. At the age of 14, she gained a place at The National Youth Theatre of Great Britain. She then trained at the prestigious Drama Centre London. After graduating Vivien was invited to join the company at The Citizens Theatre in Glasgow. She works extensively in Film and Theatre across the UK. Vivien wrote and stars in the award-winning short film The Box and has been selected by Playwright Studio Scotland to be mentored by playwright Stef Smith to work on her second play. The Box Following the disappearance of Rachel's husband Richard, a mysterious box is delivered to their home. In order to move on with her life, she must first bury the past.
