Rise Up Nation, meet our guests Kristen and Megan!   Kristen Jones was born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia. She graduated from Georgia Tech in 1996 with a degree in industrial & systems engineering. After several years as a change management consultant with Accenture, she joined her mom in real estate at RE/MAX Professionals.   Megan Wyatt, also born and raised in Atlanta, attended Presbyterian College and holds dual degrees in accounting and economics. After college, she began selling real estate with Kristen.  While growing a successful real estate team was exciting, Kristen's & Megan's passion was in human development. They wanted to marry the powerful brand of RE/MAX with in-house coaching and development.  In 2006, they purchased their first RE/MAX Around Atlanta franchise with that goal in mind. Entrepreneurs at the core, Jones and Wyatt have a passion for leading and developing their staff and the 150+ agents they support. RE/MAX Around Atlanta has five locations with the mission to Lead Realtors, Support Dreams and Transform Lives.   Kristen served on RE/MAX, LLC's Broker Leadership Council, a group tasked with partnering with executives at RE/MAX headquarters to drive the vision and direction of the company, for three years.  Together, they have been recognized both locally and nationally as leaders in the industry and earned numerous awards for leadership, agent development and office productivity including The Howard McPherson Eagle Award and Brokerage of the Year. They have consistently been named in the Who's Who in Residential Real Estate in the Atlanta Business Chronicle. RE/MAX Around Atlanta has also ranked in the Atlanta Business Chronicle's top 25 real estate companies in metro Atlanta for more than 10 consecutive years.   In this episode, we chat about each of their strengths in real estate, how they make their partnership and team work, and the variety of work that comes daily with being a realtor.
