S1 E11 - Elizabeth, Controlling your environment even when there's a wasp in the room

You've had snippets of both mine and Elizabeth's mental health stories throughout the first 10 episodes, but we thought it was only right if you knew what our actual stories were especially when we are asking others to talk about theirs. In this episode we hear Elizabeth talk about panic attacks and trauma and how that has affected her. A wasp looms in the darkness ready to interrupt the podcast but ultimately we survive and hear about what Elizabeth does on top of having an ugly cry and and singing in the shower which you might have heard on the other pods.
