We've all been there. We come into a new year and have a laundry list of goals and resolutions that we've typed up on our phone. We're feeling good!Enter the new year and add a few months. It is likely we have fallen off track, haven't even looked at that list and are feeling like we are right back where we started (or maybe even worse off) just a few months back.This year I decided to approach it a little different and rather than set audacious goals without much of a plan to get me there, I am going to talk about 24 (technically 25) things that I will or will not be bringing into the new year with me! These are things that I am already doing for the most but could afford to be doing better or moreso habits that I plan too put in place to help me move the needle in the areas of my life that I am hoping to thrive in. Hopefully this can help to give you a different perspective on walking into a new year so that we can walk into 2025 feeling confident in the year ahead that we will be able to do incredible things!I am sure that I say it every year but I have a feeling that this year is going to be a bright one.
