Rise Up Nation, meet our guest Kelli Salter!   Kelli Salter is a wife, mom, and real estate broker.  She began her real estate career after a stint at a public M&A company and found the pace of start-up life to be just her speed.  Kelli opened Anchor Real Estate in 2020, a small independent real estate brokerage in Jacksonville, North Carolina, focusing on the client experience and catering to the transient military community of Camp Lejeune.  Kelli owns a real estate brokerage, a property management company, a mortgage company, and her husband owns a contracting business.  Between the companies, the team focuses on true end to end services for all their client's real estate needs.  Kelli has a passion for new real estate brokers, as seen at both her brokerage and in her work as a CheplakLive real estate coach.  Kelli believes real estate is the vehicle we can use to live life to the fullest and it's her mission to show that to as many agents as possible.   In this episode we chat about her experience in real estate the last 7 years, how she loves working with and supporting other working moms, and why for her superpower she said she has agility.
