Business owner and sole operator of El Chorizo Latino - Traditional Latin American Chorizo. A local food producer located here in Edmonton AB. A small business specializing in various Latin American traditional chorizo sausages. A new business and venture in it's first 2 years of operation. Being raised in a family where butchering was part of the lifestyle he learned everything you could ever know about meat and chorizo sausage. If you didn't know anything about chorizo before - you will now!! What we discuss: - Growing up in a butcher family - Traditional food safety practices - Current food safety practices - Regional differences in Chorizo - Commercial equipment costs - and so much more!
