Getting Challenge ReadyThis episode is all about the things you’ll want to do in order to prepare and be successful in this 10 day challenge. Consider the following: Time and place, materials, and your affirmation of the day.Time and place: Consider when and where you plan to journal. Pick a comfortable and quiet spot in your home. A place where you will not be distracted or tempted to do other things. Find a cozy chair or corner and designate this your personal journaling spot.Materials: I urge you to have you journal and affirmations printed and ready to go. The funny thing about printers is they seem to always know when you’re doing something last minute. I suggest printing your affirmation cards on a cardstock and your journal piece on computer paper. I print my journal with 2 journaling pages per computer paper.Affirmation of the Day: I want to encourage you to display your affirmation after you have journaled with it. This is where the magic comes in.
