welcome to the second episode of the daily mayhem hosted by jack package we're glad you joined us tonight appreciate all the listeners that have contacted us about the first show we've got an exciting second episode for you tonight in episode one we introduced you to myrtle mayhem and the history behind the tournament tonight we have a real treat for you tonight with us we have two gentlemen who will be the captains of this year's squads first up let me introduce rick moran the captain of cancel culture club rick welcome to the podcast thank you um i could tell that i was on a class podcast by the intro music because you know if you know you know right um so i've i'm an og player pimp been here since the first year right uh dave as far as i know him since he is kind of the center of our universe a little bit uh in the center of his own universe i know him from 10th grade high school uh potomac high school prince william county shout out great institution um as far as uh the rest of the crew that i know them i know you of course from the ballpark which was mentioned in the previous episode for everybody if you haven't listened go back and listen um and then uh i know mike from allen ken is some weird dude that allen knew apparently that's what i heard on the last podcast and uh the rest of them i know all the rest of these assholes in charter colony it's like dr strange opened a portal of these fucking assholes and they just kept coming like every year there was a new one that would come through the portal some of the green boston celtics had on backwards with stupid accents i mean they just kept coming so that's how i know everybody so he is the captain of cancel culture club and rick going full fucking send in the first 30 seconds of the podcast rick going ham already on the uh the knuckleheads from charter colony down there in richmond maybe there should be a charter colony episode rick you've given me a great idea i'm gonna pull the pencil out and make a note because i do believe there's a story there to be told i do appreciate your history uh with dave with our group uh and thank you for the story so next up let me introduce the captain of uh team drunken grown-ups this gentleman's name is ken pree ken my good friend welcome to the show thank you thank you jack it's an honor really to be on episode number two to follow the founder and legend in his own mind uh dave dwyer is really we've got some big shoes to fill me and rick but um i am that guy that alan used to work with way back in 1993 we worked together for about 10 months uh he pulled me in we played poker at a number of different people's houses and um we all had kids got married some of us you know got divorced had more kids after we got remarried a few times uh there's a few of us down there but uh i'm an od just like my friend rick here um air quotes around the friend part of that for the most part but uh yeah i was there in the original house i actually had a bed which was a rare commodity to have in that first year i slept in the kitchen and got annoyed every time i woke up to make coffee as i still would also but yeah i've been been going to myrtle since the beginning haven't missed a year in fact dave one year was so kind as to move the date back a little bit so that my wife could have a baby and i can still attend and not feel too much guilt about about attending back in 2017 i believe that was so happy to be on the show happy to be uh only a few weeks out for myrtle uh 2022 two things kenny uh first of all thank you for the introduction number one uh based on the material that we covered in the first episode of the podcast i think that dave's delaying that myrtle trip so your wife could have a baby that was the guys he wanted to beat you he says he's 10-2 and one against you lifetime he didn't give a shit about the kid he just wanted you to show up there in myrtle that's number one don't give dave that much credit number two dave did in the first episode if i'm not mistaken i hope there was no offense taken you were the guy that he called just some guy that alan worked with is that right yeah just some guy who alan worked with i think i was also some guy who was in his wedding party a few years prior to the first myrtle man too so obviously i had an impression back then and the 10-2 and 2 mark it's that's real he owns that mark that's a team mark not an individual mark and uh we can get into statistics about when dave and i have faced off actually playing golf against each other um it is a team event so he's right on the 10-2 and 2 but my my individual record against mr dwyer is slightly better than that um follow-up question uh if i may you know i don't know i don't know if i want to get into a follow-up question yes i will grant that your honor go ahead very simple so you said we had to move the trip back for the birth of one of his 30 kids right so the question is moving forward did you screw the rest of us by moving the trip permanently are you an absentee dad that misses the birthday every year well the birthday is in february so i don't miss it but we were we did move it back a little bit so that i would be outside of a respectable four-week window outside of the birth of and then my fourth child uh but my wife my wife's first child herself so yes i might have i might have moved the date back permanently by accident but that is not not my decision as all decisions are made by dave are final so that's true he's the one who makes that two things number one you're still siring children number two i was on a phone call with bella on her birthday there in february so i i do i can confirm that birthday has passed we are rick fully cleared for launch here in about 16 17 days i think when we get down to myrtle now let me move on uh you know just a little background here i just want you two guys are sort of infamous and that captain's obviously down in myrtle uh good blood bad blood between the two of you kenny you are famous for the line bitch where's my toast right yes i believe that that's a paraphrase i believe it was it was closer to excuse me i haven't received my toast madam and do you know when it might be coming out from the kitchen of the omega but the legend of bitch where's my toast has grown much much uh much deeper than it actually was for sure yes that is my um yes i am were there ever shirts made that said bitch where's my toast there were shirts made um i have a number of them you know minimum orders being what they are in that world i do have a number of shirts available in all sorts of sizes if you want to sell them on the podcast web page or store if you're going to create one well i tell you what at the end i will i will give you the opportunity uh if you want to hot some merchandise hot some merchandise put your store link up whatever i will uh in the middle right here now right now i want to ask everybody to give the podcast a follow on twitter we are at the daily mayhem one on twitter if you want to give us a follow we'd appreciate it um and uh you know we appreciate the follows and you'll be able to stay up to date on the pods when we drop them down rick ken's famous for bitch where's my toast you are infamous for the hot dog incident are you not uh i think respected for the hot dog incident i don't know about infamous but yeah uh the hot dog incident we have almost guaranteed we'll get its own cast episode at some point uh that's all we're going to say about that and uh i'd like to move on now to uh the the subject of our podcast tonight uh we're going to meet the we met captains we're going to meet the players on each team again i think they talked about the other day in our podcast hopefully you've listened to episode one but two six-man teams obviously the captains are playing partners here in this tournament so we've got two playing captains two six-man teams kenny i'm gonna let you go first um tell us about the players on your team besides yourself so so we've we've really assembled quite a group here um i've got my my original og my guy alan evans uh mr even steady golf uh probably the best player down at myrtle the last three years as far as point team he's a winner he's he's going to be uh the rock that our team revolves around of course we've got we've got the the caster himself mr jack package i'm hoping that this year's version of jack package um is more like jack package unless like john monahan we need jack to be down at that myrtle um maybe the best golfer in fact rick will remember this we almost kicked out paul the saint one year because he was just too good the guy was shooting in the 70s by himself we created the the scramble plus one so that paulie's partner would have to take at least 18 shots around uh he's really quite quite a golfer now he's he's lost some of his edge some people caught up to him he's come back to us a little bit he got married again another divorced guy down there remarried to a second beautiful bride and so hoping that the saint uh can take us along for the ride also have um an up-and-comer not quite an og but been quite quite a while with martinora um he's been playing really good golf last three or four years at myrtle he's picked up his game um smokes like a chimney down there i hope that's not a secret to his wife if it is i apologize but uh he's a he's one of those charter colony guys you gotta watch out uh also known to want to go to a few uh local establishments in the evening if he can convince a few people to do so and then the last member of the drunken grown-ups beside myself is mike heller returning to myrtle after a couple years absence was unable to join us in pinehurst um i'm hoping mike's golf clubs have left the travel bag since the last time he went to myrtle really it's really what the best you can hope for with mike he uh he's a natural athlete pounds long-time friend and college roommate um the only one who's got a kid who's younger than mine though so i want to point that out so his his youngest is younger than mine so but that's the drunken press we got a great team top to bottom uh and we're gonna have respectable shown down there so i'm proud of the team we drafted you know i i've got this guy that that uh he predicts and sort of sets the lines and he gives us some gambling tips he's going to be on a later episode of the podcast i want to get from him when we have the podcast the over under on whether or not mike has taken the clubs out of the bag since march of 2019 we're not going to talk about that tonight but in a later episode i'm going to ask somebody about that uh appreciate the rundown on your team paulie the saint uh i don't want to say he's not a scratch golfer but he's a he's around a high 70s 80s golfer probably the best golfer uh down there strong team um jack package you never know what you're going to get i do agree about al very steady and i would say over the last three or four years absolutely has been the mvp of myrtle he's accumulated a lot of points rick uh we've met you earlier now you've heard about kenny's team uh i want you to briefly catch us up on the cancels or the cultures or the clubbies or the try c i don't know what the fuck you call that team cancel culture club the clubbies what do you want to call it what's that team what are we gonna call them we're triple c's triple c's okay triple c's give us the rundown on the other five players on the triple c's all right first i would like to you know you mentioned our name our name of course it's an intelligent name makes a lot of sense you know it's it's it's an actual category on jeopardy three words so we do cancel culture club okay intellectuals and then you got their team name and the pun doesn't worry doesn't rhyme drunken donken okay we're good there grown-ups donut doesn't rhyme makes no sense no we can't i just can't get past that but i'll move on uh our team uh i'll start with uh you know it's a bunch of all-stars and uh you know everybody gets along and we went with you know culture culture first that's the way i live my life so first off we got the guy who's on the last podcast dave dwyer aka julie now i want to stop for that we all know miss julie that reference is so fucking old i had to sit here and think what who's julie again am i right julie is the cruise director on the love boat is that what that is that's correct yeah he's julie i didn't get into that yeah i didn't get into the first episode with him but but he uh he goes by julie because she was the cruise director on the love boat and he's sort of the coordinator the one the one that does all the planning and stuff he's our cruise director for myrtle so yeah that's how he that's how that's done so anybody under the age of 50 has no clue what that reference is so love boat with a tv show on one of the three networks back in the day i think she's dead by the way that that actress pretty sure she died but anyway uh allegedly i don't know we'll have to verify that uh we have a fact checker for this pod yeah i'm making those julie dead or alive so you know you know his story you had a half hour listening to him so uh he's on here great guy plays the game different okay chips with one hand all right chips with one hand he sees things that nobody else sees i'm ready for the no look chip next like he's just staring at you while he chips his ball um next we have somebody who has one name share madonna and we have campo now there's no e for some reason at the end of his name a lot of consonants one vowel uh but one big heart with that guy um he looks like a war criminal or that he's been chasing indiana jones across the desert in search of an ancient relic he's got like the star on his hand right from that staff yeah yeah pause the episode there i had no idea what i was talking about that's a movie yeah no that's him if you got a picture maybe we put one in there we gotta get inside yes we can okay um so the next one is tim silent bear uh he does he says about 20 words and we know he say he has an economy of words is an understatement uh he also knows how to castrate goats and take care of farm life that's his thing he's like noah he's running around picking up animals too at times got him on his farm that's a farm and he just blisters the ball big hitter big hitter legit probably closes in sniffs 300 sometimes yep um next you have stevie hardman nurse hacky he's a nurse uh he's the guy he's the last guy's eyes you look into as you have your big surgery so he literally has people's lives in his hands which is really scary when you see him go down there and drink the way he does which i hope to god they have you know the breathalyzers i don't know what they do in these operating rooms but precautions need to be taken yes i agree and uh he's in dirty water for boston and of course he will not shut up about boston sports so he's that guy doing good player though uh last we have brian reed slow player okay not gonna clean that up for anybody slow player if he wanted me to go through his routine i would but it would slow the podcast down i mean he's got the thousand yards there he pulls out the freaking gps devices checks it with his also his watch yeah range finder puts the cigar gently onto the cart swaps clubs four times and then talks to his partner backs off the ball you know but good players we play really well last couple years uh currently his hands are hamburger from pounding ball this dude he's taken to twitter and it's like every day he's out there hitting 45 50 balls at lunch so that's our that's our team that's the winning team you just heard kenny uh did you are you still awake still with us there kenny i am i'm waiting for my turn to speak it's always quite interesting to listen to rick rick uh i just let him go and he can handle the rest of the podcast ken who scares you on rick's team i think brian reed does right brian reed's a big hitter um cancer survivor right he's seen he's also a dad of five children like myself grandfather a grandfather the only other member of the grandfather club that is right yeah over here um No, if Brian Reed plays his best golf, he's hard to beat down there. So he's the guy who, when I look at the triple Cs or whatever they want to call themselves, it's fine by me. I think Brian Reed is their ace in the hole. He comes and plays his best.

He's going to be hard to beat down there. So I've got him on day one, so I'll know right away what we've got when we see Brian. Tough player, I agree. Rick, who creates matchup problems for your squad?

I think we might have lost Rick. We didn't lose Rick, did we? Oh, there he is. Yeah, we can hear you now.

Rick, who creates matchup problems for your squad, Rick? Lost you again, Rick. Day1 Kenny. Day1 Kenny created matchup problems.

He's a thing. He's a force. Yeah. Oh, can you hear me?

I can hear you. Yeah, Day1 Kenny. I mean, he only shows up one day at Myrtle, but Day1 Kenny, he's a beast when he plays. Can you hear me?

Yeah, we hear you. Okay. Yeah, Day1 Kenny. It's not a myth.

It's a real thing. That guy, and you know why? I figured it out. Friday night is the one night that everybody gets down there, then has to get up at the ass crack.

Then go out, have a good time, drink some beers. Everybody else does. He's got, again, as we've talked, nine shoulders. He's used to shutting down.

His body can't go past 1130 or midnight. He's watching Coco Mel at 830. He's a Coco Mel. He's all fresh and ready to go on Day1 while everybody else is dragging ass, and he doesn't get that advantage except on Day1.

So Day1 Kenny, biggest concern. Day1 Kenny is fresh as a daisy. I agree with that. All right.

Appreciate the insight there, guys. All right, so Day1 matchups. Let's get into it here. This is what we're here to talk about.

Day1, this is in no particular order. Ken Preeti, Alan Evans against Brian Reed, and Julie, the cruise director, Dave Dwyer. Kenny, your thoughts on that matchup? Like I said, Brian Reed's the guy to beat down there if he comes and plays his A game.

I understand why they put Dave with him, right? Dave might end up being the first guy to chip with no hands if there's one hand and it's Day1 Kenny, so I feel good already coming in. I go down to Myrtle to sleep more, not less. That's the truth on that Friday night.

It's a matchup that I feel confident about as a player and as a captain. You know, last seven times, Dave and I have played against each other. I believe I'm 5-1-1 against him, so I feel like I can beat Dave on any day. Day1 Kenny, Day2 Kenny.

Even Day4 Kenny might have a good shot against Dave. So I really do feel like that's the matchup that we have the best chance to win on Day1, for sure. Okay. Well, I didn't mean to tee it up for you like that, but let's move on to match number two.

Rick, I want to hear your thoughts about this one. Mark, Iron Giant, Baby, Giraffe, Dinora, and Jack Package. Take on the Silent Bear and yourself, Rick Moran. Tim McCann and Moran.

A lot of Irish guys in this one and one Italian, I think. But what's your thoughts on this match? Dinora, Monaghan, McCann, Moran. Well, if Dave ever comes back on, he can address the fact that he thought Dinora was Puerto Rican when he first made it for some reason.

But yeah, you are correct. He is, in fact, Italian and not Puerto Rican. I see this as, you know, Dinora, fine golfer. He looks like an upside-down letter U when he's playing, which is disturbing to watch.

But you got Dinora facing off against Tim, Solid Bear. That's a battle, right? Those two, you're talking, you know, this isn't Russia-Ukraine here, right? These two guys, they're going to come at each other.

And then it's going to be, you know, it's going to be me and you. And we're just a couple guys going to keep slugging each other, you know, playing hard. So I think we have a good shot at that because even though Dinora's not a short player, he ain't Tim. So Tim is, you know, going to be hitting these nukes.

And we're going to be out there closing in there. He's been playing a little more. I think he's got a good shot at winning that. And the match before me that the fine gentleman in Boston, Kenneth J.

Preeti III, talked about, I wouldn't say that day one Kenny, that worries me. That worries me. He's playing with, you know, he's playing with Allen, who, Allen's like a hustler. He's like a guy who hits the ball and always tears his ass down first base.

He's like running out of the cart trying to hit the ball. He's like, he's like that guy. The opposite of Reed, that's going to drive you guys crazy. Okay, Reed's going to slow play you.

Okay, that's coming. That's true. That's right, that's right. All right, so let's move on to the third match.

This is Mr. I Haven't Taken My Bags Out of My Bags in two years, Mike Keller, and Paulie to St. Laurent against Dirty Water, Steve Hardeman, and that cramp up, Jason Cremple. Rick, let's go to you for your thoughts on that.

Yeah, well, you've got, you know, Hardeman, a little concern there. He's got a little extra time to, you know, drink a little down there. So, you know, are you bagging Russ off? The good news is, though, he's an Irishman, right?

And the match is late. So, you know, he's the kind of guy, he's been doing this long enough, experienced drinker. He can shake that off, man. So he's got all the way to 1230.

We'll make sure he goes off last, give it the most time, and he'll be ready to go. And Clempo, I hope he's played. I don't know. He is the guy that totally disconnects from the group.

He's the Howard Hughes. He's peeing in bottles right now with long fingernails. I don't know. We don't see him.

He disappears. Nobody sees him until this bleepin' trip happens as far as Mike. Moves down to Charter Colony to some barrier islands out in the ocean, if I'm not mistaken, right? Yeah.

He lives out there. Nobody hears from him. You know, nobody sees him, and then he just, you know, appears. So to a pale writer, he just comes out of the distance.

But St. Mike, hey, St.'s a handful. And Mike could be, you know, day one, Mike, if you've ever not done something for a while and then done it, sometimes the first time you do it, you're actually pretty good at it. Like golf.

You ever taken a big chunk off, six months off, first time, you're like, oh, my God, this one's pretty good. Running, same thing. Thank you, gentlemen. You know what?

Before I move on, Rick, you know what? No, I'm going to throw it to Ken here real quick. Ken, I just read the three matchups. If you've got to pay to buy a ticket to watch one of these things, which one do you want to see?

Obviously, man. I mean, the Denora package, McCann Moran, that's the signature match. That's, you know, on the DJ app, that's the feature group, right? They're following you around.

You get a hint of the other two matches on the coverage, but you're getting Jimmy and Nick Valdo on your match the whole time, right? I think the winner of that match is the team that'll be the winning team after day one. They'll be the leader in the clubhouse coming into day two. Thanks a lot.

No pressure. No pressure. All right. Good answer.

I like that. All right. Thank you, gentlemen. I wish you all good luck.

Safe travels over the next few weeks. Let's close out our interview with a little segment that I like to call On the Range. Okay? It's a word association.

I'm going to give you a word. I just want you to real quick fire back at me the first word or phrase that comes to mind. I'm going to start with Rick. Okay?

Rick, you ready for this? Sure. All right, Rick. First word, Danny Marsh.

Lover. Just a great guy. Stepbrother. He's my man.

He was the guy I thought you guys were talking about, about the guy who can always come back. If he called up today and said, hey, I want back in. Somebody's out of here. Now, I'm not going to embarrass anybody and say their name.

But that's what would happen. There's a hierarchy. There's a hierarchy. There's a ranking.

And somebody's number 12, right? Somebody's the first man out. All right. Next word.

Scotty's Beach Bar. Who's that for me? You. This is Lover Rick.

Scotty's Beach Bar. Old people. Just like the average age of the clientele. At least when we go in, I've heard a tale that in the summer, there's all these young people running around.

But literally, the average age, the median age has got to be 73 years old. I mean, health problems, people with walkers. God bless them. A lot of the elderly.

But there's a lot of them in there. Well, day three of Myrtle, after we've played, what is 18 plus 18 plus 18? 54 holes. We've got health problems, too, Ricky.

Next race. Two-man Wolfpack, Rick. Two-man Wolfpack. That's that.

I always get this name or you're going to have to help me. Is it Neal and Pams? It's Neal and Pams. You're with Nelvis Presley.

So, on Tuesdays, the real crew is left. A lot of other people, they're a little soft, in my opinion. They've all flown back home because they can't take it anymore. So, right after the round on Tuesday, there's this mass exodus.

And then you have an even smaller subset because even the people that stay, they're totally, I mean, ready to fall, right? This is Hagler Herds in like the sixth round. So, they're ready to drop. So, they just hang out at the house.

They can't take it anymore. The two-man Wolfpack was the first time. It was me and, of course, our host, Jack Package, out there alone. Nobody else could get there.

It was just the two of us hanging out with about eight other people because, again, this place is absolutely dead during that time. But we hung out. We did our thing until I think it was actually fairly late. Yeah.

So, that's a Wolfpack. That's it. All right. Barbecue sandwiches.

I would say sustenance. Yes. It's good because, number one, everybody thinks they're great. And, hey, the life tastes pretty good.

But they taste really good when your belly's full of beer, you've been playing golf all day, and you are starving. Haven't eaten since, you know, like noon. So, they come back in there, and you better not take a shower because, you know, we have a history. Take a shower, and then you come down, and now you don't have a pork sandwich, and then there's hard feelings, and they're no longer on the trip, I think, because of it.

Last one for you. Cookie Monster. The man. Cookie Monster is our guy.

At one point in time, because we, you know, hey, look, we believe it'd be irresponsible. So, instead of us all driving to the course, drinking beer, and driving back, we went out and found this hole-in-the-wall van company. But I'll tell you what, this guy, Cookie Monster, he said he got his name because he hung out in the New York clubs, and he's a big guy. Dude's got to be, what, 6'6", 6'4", something, 260.

He's dressed all in blue. Somebody called him Cookie Monster, and my man's been Cookie Monster for, like, 50 years now, because he's got to be, like, 65, 70 years old. He still calls himself Cookie Monster, but they have never been a minute late. These guys show up, and that's an aged crew as well, which maybe, you know, probably will.

That's the demographic. So, yeah, great job, Rick, to you for finding Cookie Monster and getting us a proper van service to haul us back and forth and allow us to have a couple cocktails on the course. All right, we're in the second segment here of On The Range. Kenny, I'm going to move on to you.

Okay? Same rules, same deal. I'm going to start with Omega Diner. Oh, my.

Omega Pancake House. Omega Pancake House. It's the first place we rolled into in the first year down at Myrtle that served breakfast. And if you know Myrtle, the strip of Myrtle is full of pancake houses.

The Omega, the food is awful, and that's what makes it so good. It's so awful. The toast is untimely, but I miss the Omega. It's still there.

We also left Aaron there once by accident and had to go back and get him a few minutes later. But, yeah, the Omega, to me, I bought a golf shirt once from the Omega. I still have it. It's on the top five places at Myrtle for me, for sure.

Love that. Next race. Get in the water. My favorite.

We play this course almost every year now. Presswick has a really difficult – what is it, 16th hole? Water running all the way down the left. I think it's the first year we played at Myrtle.

Me and Alan against Rick and Dave. Dave hits a shot from the fairway. It's a par five. Dave hits his second shot from the fairway.

And somebody on my team yelled out, get in the water. Get in the water. And somebody had that ball in the water. That is a – that's a T-shirt-worthy phrase if there ever was one for Myrtle.

It was casualty of Myrtle with sportsmanship. That's so true. All right. Kenny, next.

Rick's national sweatshirt. You've got to put that on Rick's list. You know, you see Rick in that ratty old national sweatshirt that he's had. I mean, we started Myrtle in 2006.

The national started playing in 2005. I think Rick got that when they named the team back when the Xbox booth. They did indeed. So that sweatshirt is – there's pictures of Rick as a much younger man wearing that shirt on that sweatshirt.

So it's kind of like welcome back to Myrtle. You see Rick wearing that raggedy-ass thing. It's like, all right, Myrtle's here, right? So, yeah, that's a good one.

I like that one a lot. All right. Next word, Kenny. Burners.

Burners. Well, that's my friend Mark DeNora. Burners. Like I said, the dude likes to smoke on there.

I don't think he smokes anywhere else but Myrtle Beach. And he likes to smoke other people's cigarettes. It's about the best that I'll say right there. He's a good dude.

He'll leave you text messages asking you to leave burners on the T if he's laying in the group behind you. Anybody ahead got some burners? Leave them on the T for me at 16. So, yeah, he needs to cut down on the burners a little bit, too.

That's funny. Has he ever bought a cigarette in Myrtle? I don't think he has. All right.

I got one more for you here, Kenny. Paji. Oh, God. That was Pinehurst.

You know, I ran this trip one year. Dave, the COVID year was a tough year, as you talked about in the last episode with Dave. It was the year without Myrtle. We went to Pinehurst, which was great.

I had a great time. The three of us even got a chance to play Pinehurst in the resort course there. I think we played number five. That was a great golf trip.

Not Myrtle Bayon, but a great trip. But I was like, dude, Ticklow. Ticklow was there. Probably his second event he did with us.

And he kept calling. I think it was you, Jack. Was it you or somebody who was on his team? We kept calling him Paji, which I, to this day, don't understand what that word means.

And so, again, not on the trip anymore. That may be why. But he's a good dude. Good golfer.

I know that. But, yeah, Paji was, to me, that's one of those words. If I don't hear it again, that'll be fine with me. Way too fucking soon.

I hate the fucking term Paji. You want to get under packages and start throwing that back. Paji this. Paji that.

Paji, you're at. All right. I'm going to give you one bonus one, Kenny. Blame Jameis.

I was wondering if you were going to ask about that. That goes back to our friend Greg McCarthy, late of the trip. Again, another guy. We can talk about guys who don't go on this trip.

I make tees up every year with a phrase on it. And I think that year we made 1,000 tees when I said Blame Jameis, big Florida State guy. It was when Jameis Winston was accused of ripping some girl. And we made Blame Jameis tees.

And we left them for him on every tee box. Dozens of them. I still have some in my golf bag. I still have some Blame Jameis tees there.

We put a crack leg on the tip of a tee. He was stealing golf. He was stealing crack legs, too. So, yeah, that's going back now.

James Winston had played at Florida State for a decade, probably. So, yeah, that's the Blame Jameis story. That's going back in time. All right, boys, I want to thank you for your time.
