S1. E23. Advice for my 16-Year-Old Self

If you could sit down with your 16-year old self and give her one piece of advice that could change the way she went through life for the better, what would it be?  I've heard this question asked on podcasts often, and never had a definitive answer come to mind for what I would tell 16 year old Jill. Recently though the answer popped into my consciousness so clearly and I knew I needed to share it with you - because maybe there is a 16 year old out there listening, or maybe you know one that needs to hear this - or maybe it's YOU (because if you're like me, you still feel 16 in your heart and soul!).
