In today's episode, Latika asks what balance looks like for you. With balance being defined as an even distribution of weight enabling someone or something to remain upright or steady; Latika equates work and life balance for working moms to a juggler. Latika describes how a juggler must juggle three or more things in their hand to entertain the audience.
