Sometimes my friends inspire me. Actually, they often do. And that's exactly what happened this week. Like he was living on autopilot and not in control. And it broke my heart because I TOTALLY resonated with that feeling. I've been there. I think we all have. And so today I am sharing with you some advice that I have for him, and for you if you are finding yourself in the same situation.
