Business owner and operator of Alberta Donair. A local small business who locally produces and sells at-home donair kits in Edmonton, AB. Matthew is working to redefine donairs, which are traditionally thought of as a 3am craving, into something that is for any time of day by creating quality foods using quality ingredients.  Originally from Camrose, AB Matthew found a love for donairs at age 12. Realizing there was only 1 spot in town to get them he ventured on his own creative endeavor to design his own recipes.
