The fourth episode of Reel Talk is a delightful, wholesome and heartwarming story set in the stunning mountains of Maaser El Chouf, where a small community project by the name of Al-Fundok, operated by the eccentric and dynamic Yola Noujaim, is giving back to the area in order to enrich the small town. Yola tells us about the history of Al-Fundok from the 50s up until the present day and the many changes it underwent, the delicious food cooked everyday using local ingredients from their garden, including a vegan shawarma! Yola also tells us about her background as an architect and the 'Jabalna' Festival as well as the extraordinary Dabke Festival that happens every year.
